When I brought my vehicle in, I let Rich's know what I needed help with. After the service I test drove to check if there had been any improvement, unfortunately not. Rich's is still working on it.

We have been taking our Sprinter Van to Rick’s for a couple years now. They do great work. The price is reasonable. And they go the extra mile to make sure we have a good experience. The owner came by on a weekend to test drive our van so we could have it for a trip. I 100% recommend Rick’s to anyone who needs auto or truck service in the Fond du Lac area.

Arron and everyone at Rich’s have gone above and beyond for me. They have bulletproofed two 6.0 and have backed their work and worked around my schedule. Live in N.C. now but come back to WI each summer, had a small oil leak, which Arron got me quickly, made the simple repair and had me back on my way. Recommend them to anyone

Quality work at a reasonable price. Much less than the dealership charges for the same work. Staff very friendly and excellent communication. Nice to have found a local repair shop we can trust.
