I was broken down on the side of road. Truck wouldn't start. It was late afternoon and most places weren't answering phone. The staff at Riches not only answered but sent a tow truck that arrived shortly after and got me back to the shop. The new starter was ordered and installed by noon the next day!! I can't thank the staff at Richs enough!! They saved the day!! Deb in the office is outstanding! Aaron is a pleasure to work with. Rob is an excellent communicator describing the problem and solutions. John is a more than capable mechanic! The other staff that were on site were friendly and personable. Thank you to all! I highly recommend the professionals at Rich's Truck & Auto!!!
