Went without a vehicle for almost a month, between that and charging me a premium price on every little thing, we almost lost everything while they were dragging their feet and giving me empty assurances. Then I get home and notice my hood all scratched to sh*t, but ofc it’s my fault for not taking a picture of it when I dropped it off, because integrity isn’t something we are allowed to demand from business’ anymore.

This place is great! It took awhile to find a good mechanic in the area but I'm glad I kept looking. I took in an old 2007 Explorer I just bought that needed quite a bit of work. They did an amazing, thorough inspection and helped me develop a solid game plan on what all needs to be fixed and how urgent it is. The most severe and pressing issues they took care of, all at a fair and reasonable price. Much of the other work I'm doing myself but with our brand new 2022 Subaru we will be trusting them for all of our oil changes, routine maintenance and other work I'm unable to do myself. Great work and good people.

I had a major water leak thru the back window of my truck. They kept my truck inside while I waited for my insurance company. I greatly appreciate the care they took while in possession of my vehicle.

The technicians at Rich’s are competent and responsible –have always made sure that all of my concerns were checked out. I always feel confidence that they look even further than my immediate concerns. Nice atmosphere – everyone there is friendly and accommodating.

Would have given 5 stars. The work was great, the time they took was really fast, super helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough good things. Except that $700plus to change a thermostat seems crazy high to me. I know it was a camper and prob not the easiest job to do but still seems extreme to me.
