I took my truck here to have new suspension installed and couldn’t be happier with the results, everything was done in a timely matter and kept me updated on everything. Woiod definetly come back afain

I brought my 04 duramax to them for a fuel leak. I called 10 minutes before they closed, but Rob had no problem listening to my story about the truck and all my concerns. Rob also got me an appointment the very next day!!! Rob had my truck fully inspected and gave me the list and told me exactly what was a priority/safety concern and told me what could wait. Ultimately I declined service at this time due to the cost. I wasn’t sure the truck was worth the cost of repairs. Which he was very understanding… well, life happened and I left the truck sit for over a week, maybe two… when I finally came to get it, it wouldn’t start. He tried everything, no luck. Without hesitation, Rob said he would bring it in the shop and get it warmed up and charge the batteries. No additional charge!! Rob and the crew at Rich’s went well above and beyond what I expected or even experienced with any other shop. I will DEFINITELY be returning to get my truck fixed by them, AND ONLY them from now on!!

I've never in my life had such a great bunch of guys service our vehicle like this group!! They were honest, professional & relatable and very fair. If I didn't live 3 states away, they would be getting all of our business. They really went above and beyond. I would 100% recommend to everyone!!
