Faulty vehicle inspection that lead to a preventable crash. Don't trust these guys.

I was texted an estimate of how much my car’s repairs would cost but then was not given a bill in-person from your place and would have liked to at least have been asked if I wanted one.

The guy’s l delt with were super nice! I had a fuel pump and bad gas issue, I guess it was hard to pin point the problem so the price for diagnostics was fairly steep!! Was very happy to have had a loaner truck for the time of my truck being worked on! After all said and done truck is running great!!

This shop is legitI was traveling thru the area and my truck decided to act up so I called Richs told em wat I had going on and that I was still 2.5 hrs from home and was leaving for my family Florida trip that night.. talk about service.. they replaced my hub bearing and service my caliper slides that were seized faster than dropping a vehicle off at a dealer for a oil change.. highly recommend , wish I had a shop like this closer to home..

Long story on the issues w/my car, but ultimately it was towed in by Riches and repaired in a fast amount of time. Rob kept me well informed on a couple of occasions as well as working on a good price and reducing the chances of it happening again!👍👍

I took my truck here to have new suspension installed and couldn’t be happier with the results, everything was done in a timely matter and kept me updated on everything. Woiod definetly come back afain
