I took a relatively old vehicle to them for an inspection as it sat for a few years. They did a great job finding everything. I approved some suspension work that turned out to be a whole rack instead of just tie rods and ends. The increase in price was hard for me to afford but they worked with me to bring the price down so it worked for myself and them. My only complaint is that after the alignment my steering wheel is a little crooked. I haven't contacted them about it yet but I have no doubt they will take care of me, as they always have. Nothing but good things to say about Rich's.
