I just wanted to thank the hard working men & women for the great job they did fixing my truck in a timely manner and fair price ! If I would have taken it to the Chevrolet dealer it would have cost 2 x as much. Great customer service and if anyone has a problem with there vehicle I would send them to Riches.

They are very thorough and awesome to work with. Would highly recommend.

Seamless service from start to finish. Rob kept me informed throughout the process and my truck was fixed in a timely manner at fair rate. The ability to pay online is a plus. I've already recommended Rich's to some people I know. I have found my Go to place for my diesel.

Took the car for routine oil change but they found out that there was an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. Thank you for taking care of a potentially major problem down the road!
