I brought my vehicle in to get a quote on my headlight at 8am I called at 1pm and they said they did a diagnostic check on it which I did not ask for and had not had a chance to look at the headlight yet I called back around 2pm and the quoted me $1200 for head lamp and labor. So I said no to that and went to pick up my 2018 dodge durango and they charged me $180.00 for doing nothing and never told me when I called to make the appt they were going to do things I didn’t ask for and tell me they charge for that. Well now I have a head lamp and it only costed $140 by someone else. These people are very dishonest ! Save your money!

I thought that they were very thorough and professional. Rob explained everything very well. I've taken 2 vehicles to them and was very satisfied. I will be going back for future needs. Thank you everyone at Rich's Auto repair. Update I had to take my Tundra back to Rich's for another issue. They did a fantastic job again.. I will continue to use Rich's in the future.

Great, speedy service. Willing to stay after hours to complete job. Can get backed up at times but just take a look at their lot and you'll understand if they are slammed or not
