Seamless service from start to finish. Rob kept me informed throughout the process and my truck was fixed in a timely manner at fair rate. The ability to pay online is a plus. I've already recommended Rich's to some people I know. I have found my Go to place for my diesel.

Took the car for routine oil change but they found out that there was an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. Thank you for taking care of a potentially major problem down the road!

Rob fit us into his busy schedule, got the work done quickly, and at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone who need repairs done on their vehicles.

I brought my vehicle in to get a quote on my headlight at 8am I called at 1pm and they said they did a diagnostic check on it which I did not ask for and had not had a chance to look at the headlight yet I called back around 2pm and the quoted me $1200 for head lamp and labor. So I said no to that and went to pick up my 2018 dodge durango and they charged me $180.00 for doing nothing and never told me when I called to make the appt they were going to do things I didn’t ask for and tell me they charge for that. Well now I have a head lamp and it only costed $140 by someone else. These people are very dishonest ! Save your money!
