Though there were minor setbacks during the repair, Rich's stepped up and corrected them. The kept me informed of other issues as they came up for my decision. Work was done well and I am very satisfied with the people and work.

Had an issue with my brakes and my horn. Both issues were addressed and fixed within an hour. Exceptional service at the counter and by the tech, Nick. Everyone told me what was going on as it happened. Very happy I trust my car to Rich's. Wouldn't take it anywhere else.

I love that they do a complete vehicle inspection on your car. I found out I also needed a cooling system fluid flush and power steering fluid flush. I am grateful for the knowledge that my power steering fluid was actually black when it should be clear & they showed me how bad it was. Also, super friendly people to work with. Thank you so much!

I was very pleased with my service. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and honest. The price for general maintenance was comparable to my dealer's. And the shop cat likes to cuddle in the waiting room.
