We love Rich's. The staff are so nice. I never get the feeling that they are looking down on me because I am a woman. They have been very patient in explaining what's going on. They were the only shop willing to work on my van over 4th of July Week when my brakes went out. They are fantastic.

Professional and on time

Had several issues with my car and they were able to fix everything. I had to use the car for a 7 hour trip and no problems came up. It was like a brand new car.

Couldn't tell yah if they are good or not cause they apparently can't give an accurate bid. They gave us a $1500 quote. We scheduled it in, got the $ together took the truck in and they upped the price to over $3000 because they forgot to add some of the labor cost. They more than doubled the price right next to Christmas. Thanks for nothing. We will find somewhere that can give facts upfront instead of hiding things.

We were referred to Rich’s from our local repair shop once they determined our vehicle issues were motor related. Within 48 hours they put together multiple quotes/repair options, which helped us significantly in our decision making process. The customer service whether over the phone or in person was kind and overall the experience felt very authentic. Would strongly recommend if you are in the Fond du Lac area.

My son needed his headlights replaced and when I called around, no one had an opening. Except RICH’S! The gentleman who had me come straight away was very nice and understanding. Much appreciated that day.
