Aaron R. is the current owner of Rich’s. His confident, comfortable advice comes from years of experience in small business diesel trucks. He began working for dealerships for 15 years until he felt the itch to have his own place and bought Rich’s. Aaron loves stock car racing as a sideline and has been involved with racing ever since he was a kid. Aaron has built lifelong friendships in the racing community. “It’s a great family environment, and it keeps the kids focused on something.” Aaron likes the idea of a competition where there’s just one winner and 24 losers. “That’s a great value to learn in life.”.
Nikki G. Operations at Rich’s Truck and Auto. She believes in providing a stress-free environment. She is the jack-of-all-support-trades, bringing compassion, comfort, nurturing, confidence, and being cheerleader/team leader, to her role. And, of course, the all-important numbers! She pours love and support into Rich’s Truck and Auto, which has made her such a success today.
Rob K. is the Senior Service Advisor / Shop Manager. He’s knowledgeable, great with customers, boisterous, and a good leader. He keeps everyone in focus but encourages them to be passionate-- a very outside-the-box thinker!

Dillon B. is our Lead Technician with a smile that lights up the room. Dillon is often described in very happy terms: sweet, funny, kind, loving, even-tempered. But don’t let a good nature fool you into thinking he’s a passive pushover. Dillon has a thirst for knowledge, and he’s proven himself to be proactively supportive of the rest of the crew.
Matthew R. is a Technician. He’s an intelligent, confident, problem-solving natural technician. Also, Matthew happens to be Aaron’s son!
Jake H. is a technician. He’s our comic relief, keeping things light and funny. Jake just wants to help everyone with his “always on’ personality.
Michael: Is our newest technician. Michael started in June 2025 and is knowledgeable and gets the job done.
John: is Rich's lifetime auto technician. John has been working on vehicles for over 50 years. John has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to auto repair.
