Very friendly staff and competetively priced.

I stopped in for a routine oil change the day before road tripping to Florida with the family. The staff found a bad ball joint (awe crap!). Aaron, Hailey, and crew took the "whatever it takes!" attitude to get me on the road in time. They made a slot, ordered parts, and got my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. Unheard of these days in the mechanic world. Thanks to Aaron and staff our trip went off without a hitch. I will, without doubt, be sending my friends and family to Rich's for their service needs! Thanks again Aaron!

Courteous, helpful and positive. Nobody ever likes the cost of a vehicle repair but I believe the repair was done correctly the first time.
