I have a late 1990’s 7.3 power stroke diesel. Most recently it was towed in not running with a stalling issue (shutting off without warning sometimes starting back up the next day) . They called with the results of the diagnostics, the service writer had an accurate guestamate of the cost depending on the future result of test drive, which turned out to be a true estimate because they had accurately diagnosed and found the problem on the first try.

Work done by qualified, trusted mechanic. Due concern was evident for safety and function of my vehicle, as well as my satisfaction. The only concern I would like to express is their key drop box...I could not get my Honda key with fob in an envelope that had instructions written on it, through the door. Had to take key and fob out of envelope...still had difficulty getting key and fob down the chute, but managed. Then got envelope through. But because the key and fob were not in the envelope, they were not aware of the notes I had left pertinent to my vehicle.
