These guys are awesome, best experience in Fond du Lac, at any repair shop! I've been here for everything from headwork to oil changes. Update on return visit for oil change and tire rotation; Service and appointment setup was top notch, and they also noticed that my 3rd brake light was burnt out and let me know. The attention to detail was great! 9/16/2024 ** New visit for my wife's 2011 Cadillac SRX for clunking noise and rough ride. It turned out to be major service with suspension. They walked me through what needed to be done and also pointed out other issues and some preventative maintenance that should be done to save money down the road. They cranked out all of the work pretty quickly and it rides like a Caddy again! My wife said it actually rides better than when we bought it. We are giving this visit a 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ rating and would return again.

I'm really impressed with Richs service! I had major problems with my engine and A/C and Hailey and the mechanic got it done and even fixed the A/C plus advised me what's best to get done! They saved me $$$ and time. Thank you Richs!

I was in Wisconsin visiting family when I needed the protective shield under my car reattached. They took me in right away, and I was very impressed by their excellent service and care for such a small repair. The charge was very reasonable, and I was able to drive the 475 miles back home, confident that all was well. Wish I had a repair service here at home that was as trustworthy as they were.
