Rich's got my truck in and fixed quickly. Communication was excellent.

Work done by qualified, trusted mechanic. Due concern was evident for safety and function of my vehicle, as well as my satisfaction. The only concern I would like to express is their key drop box...I could not get my Honda key with fob in an envelope that had instructions written on it, through the door. Had to take key and fob out of envelope...still had difficulty getting key and fob down the chute, but managed. Then got envelope through. But because the key and fob were not in the envelope, they were not aware of the notes I had left pertinent to my vehicle.

I stopped in for a routine oil change the day before road tripping to Florida with the family. The staff found a bad ball joint (awe crap!). Aaron, Hailey, and crew took the "whatever it takes!" attitude to get me on the road in time. They made a slot, ordered parts, and got my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. Unheard of these days in the mechanic world. Thanks to Aaron and staff our trip went off without a hitch. I will, without doubt, be sending my friends and family to Rich's for their service needs! Courteous, helpful and positive. Nobody ever likes the cost of a vehicle repair but I believe the repair was done correctly the first time.
