I brought my car in with an issue I could not fix on my own. I was very skeptical because I have never used this company before nor has anyone other than me worked on this car. The service was super! I had a very one off issue that most shops could not fix or help me with. I had a leak and a broken stud coming off the engine and both issues were resolved by Rich's Truck & Auto. This was a very hard to access spot and a tough job, and they had me in and out in the same day. You can not go wrong choosing these guys to perform quality work for even the most crucial jobs.

A year or so ago I had my gas tank replaced along with fuel lines and fuel filter. Last Saturday while driving to Fond Du Lac I thought I ran out of gas. I had my wife bring me a can of gas, no help. I called a tow truck and had it towed to Rich's. The Tow truck operator noticed that the gas line was off. Monday Morning I called Rich's and told him the problem.

Hired them to replace my radiator, in the process they cut the ac condensor and clain ming they didnt. well someone did and they worked on it last.
